I was going up some where yesterday and saw this cat sleeping on the shade of a window. I went back to me room brought my mobile and taken two shots of her sleep. I was amazed to see how peacefully she was actually sleeping!
After I taken my shots , I turned back as soon as possible , because a thought of not disturbing her “peaceful sleep”. Sleep is a miracle indeed! As its highly related to the peace of mind and soul. If one is not in peace from any aspect whether physically or mentally or the aspects around that person are disturbing imbalanced. A person misses the entire health out!
So the best way to create a “peace” inside is hidden in seven (7) simple steps!

unfortunately if you are going through it don’t try to make things even worst by over analyzing all that have been passed, which has make you to go through a pain .. don’t give that thing an other chance to take you in the same condition.
